Energy saving, control and efficient convection and heat dissipation scheme

1. EC high efficiency and energy-saving motor can save more than 80% of the power compared with the general AC motor. The application of AC frequency conversion technology can greatly improve the efficiency and reduce the power consumption. The energy consumption of fans of the same size is only one third of that of ordinary hood AC fans. In order to promote low-carbon and environmental protection and comply with the global trend of energy conservation and emission reduction, the European Union will ban the purchase of low-efficiency hood motor products in 2015. The EC series fans are comparable to the efficiency of DC brushless fans and can be used in Europe and the United States.

2. EC fan directly applies DC fan motor and speed control function to AC power input environment, breaking through the frequency limit of traditional AC fan, which can greatly improve the fan operation speed. Moreover, the miniaturized motor design increases the air outlet area. After the above optimization, the air volume of EC fan is 1.5-3 times larger than that of the same AC hood fan;

3. Long life: through the lightweight design of motor rotor, EC cooling fan reduces the bearing wear during operation. Through the optimization of driving mode and winding, the operating temperature rise and locking temperature rise are greatly reduced, and the L10 life is 50% longer than that of ordinary AC fan.

4. Environmental protection and emission reduction:

Full voltage / EC fan | EC cooling fan can operate normally in the range of 90V ~ 260V, adapt to the global voltage, and is not affected by the differences of local power grids. One fan is used all over the world.

Light weight / EC cooling fan adopts AC frequency conversion drive mode, which reduces the traditional design of a large number of silicon steel sheets. Because of the low temperature rise, PBT frame can be used, which greatly reduces the weight of a single product

EC high efficiency energy-saving fan can provide IP21, IP55, IP68 and ATEX explosion-proof protection according to customer's demand to ensure long-term use and safety of products.
